As a Personal
Trainer my aim is to help those looking to start out on the road
to fitness or even improve their current level of fitness by tailoring
an exercise routine to suit their individual needs. Whilst some
people consider exercise a 'chore' my aim is to take away the
boredom of exercising and show you various ways in which you can
improve your level of fitness whilst making it enjoyable at the
same time. I take into account what is best for each individual
client and then prepare a programme that I hope will be both enjoyable
and achievable. I work on a one-to-one basis however if you feel
that you would like to book with a friend (of similar fitness)
then that is fine - hence sharing the cost and also giving you
extra moral support! I can also accommodate community and business
contracts.
I hold a YMCA
certificate which is a recognised qualification in Personal Training.
However a natural love of all exercise - from boxing to gym, running
and cycling enables me to make sure that I am able to offer a
good all-round variety to my clients.
Age or fitness
levels should not be a deterrent.
Exercise doesn't
always have to take the form of working out in a gym. With parks,
seafront and Downs easily accessible the possibilities are endless!
For those
that may have commitments or limited time or simply prefer to
exercise in the privacy of their own home I can also offer home
visits where I can show you simple yet effective ways to keep
in shape and still improve your level of fitness.
If you wish
to train for an upcoming event - ie the half marathon, cycling
etc - then some extra training may be useful in order for you
to reach your full potential.
Exercise is
not only a great way to improve fitness and muscle tone it can
also help with weight loss and relieve stress at the same time
giving a great sense of well-being.
I offer flexible
hours and my aim is to find something to suit each individual
and make exercise fun.
